When a pop bottle flew off of a freeway overpass and smashed into my car window, I knew that I had a problem. 4. Repair Imperfections Right Away
If you do spot a small crack or chip, it might seem easy to ignore it. However, these imperfections can get much worse and can cause larger cracks or chips or can cause your windshield to shatter completely. Plus, minor damage can often be repaired without the need to replace your windshield, which can save you money.
